In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands until well combined. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into round patties. Set aside on a plate or a baking sheet.

Grill the burgers

Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush some melted butter on both sides of the focaccia bread and toast them lightly on the grill for about 2 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Transfer to a platter and keep warm. Grill the burger patties for about 4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with 3 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Close the lid on the grill to melt the cheese slightly.
